Hello, my name is Scott Steelman, and I’m from Dallas, Texas. I want to share my experience with coaching in the hope that it can inspire others to take the first step in helping themselves and letting go of their inner struggles.
Before I started coaching,
I had a tough time with self-love and was dealing with severe depression.
Even with friends and family, I could only manage surface-level connections. I tried everything—traditional therapy, medications like SSRIs—but nothing seemed to really work.
At that point, I had no idea what I needed to do, but I knew I had to try something new. That’s when my friend, Michelle Radovich, told me about a program I hadn’t heard of before and encouraged me to give it a shot. She mentioned that her friend could help, and that friend turned out to be Dr. Yoshi.
When I first talked to Dr. Yoshi, I was skeptical, but after a breakthrough session, everything clicked.
That session helped me unload a lot of emotional baggage I hadn’t even realized I was carrying.
After that, Dr. Yoshi helped me set clear goals and supported me in achieving them.
Thanks to his three-month coaching, my SSRI dosage was reduced by half.
He continues to support me, and I’m excited to see where my life goes from here.
If you’re reading this and feeling stuck, I really encourage you to consider coaching.
Dr. Yoshi has been a huge help to me, and I truly believe he can offer the same support to anyone.
